Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing and delivering highly personalized experiential education programs in China and beyond. The Project Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with English-speaking clients to design customized experiential education programs
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and operational teams, ensuring priorities are managed and deliverables met
• Share destination knowledge with internal teams and contribute to marketing initiatives
• Continuously innovate and enhance program offerings to keep our portfolio fresh and engaging
• Collaborate with the operations team to handle any emergencies that arise before, during, or after the program
• Prepare all necessary program documents and monitor program status
• Represent the company at client-facing events and program orientations
• Participate in programs on the ground at least 2-3 times per year to gain firsthand logistical insights

Requirements

• Strong client service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Highly responsible, professional, and proactive in meeting client needs
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working across departments, including Sales, Academics, Accounting, and Operations
• Confident in client interactions, both over the phone and face-to-face
• Work closely with the Academic Manager and Operator to create tailored proposals based on client requirements
• Collaborate with project leaders and operators to successfully deliver programs
• Proficiency in relevant software tools to support program coordination
