  • When you make a booking with WildChina we will require information, such as your passport details, that should only be sent via the secure link provided to you by our staff. Even if you are not booking flights with WildChina, this information is still required under Chinese law and will be needed to book tickets and hotels.
  • When you register for WildChina events. We collect and store your information upon registration with a third-party website, and you may also be asked to provide other, optional information that will help us to better serve you in the future. Subscribers to our newsletters and emails

WildChina does not store client credit card information. If a client opts to pay with a credit card, our sales associate will send a link through Peak 15, a cloud software for travel companies. Peak 15 will then store the payment information in their system including the name on the card, billing address, card type, and expiration date. Only the last four digits of the credit card information are visible, the other numbers are hidden.

Data retention

WildChina Travel Limited will retain your data for as long as you use our services or as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
