About this Journey

The Great Wall, known now as the most icnoic structure of China, was an effective defense system of the Chinese nation against foreign aggression dating back to ancient times.

The Great Wall today provides many valuable lessons from ancient China, such as traditional construction techniques or the defensive strategies of the ancient people, certain to intrigue and engage any student.

However, overtime the Great Wall has been reduced to ruins, both due to passage of time and man-made destruction. Now more than ever must we work to protect this significant cultural icon and its everlasting history. This program will lead to an unforgettable and enjoyable experience for all students, reminding them of the shared mission of conservation of heritage and culture through volunteerism.
